10-11 August 2018, Enterprise Partners (EP) participated as Gold Sponsors to the 2018 Annual Career Expo, held at the Millennium Hall. The Nationwide Career Expo was jointly organised by Dereja.com, a business unit of Ethiojobs.net and the Ministry of Education (MoE). The Expo, which was the largest, and the first of its kind had attracted over 25,000 fresh graduates and over 200 public and private establishments. Focused on youth workforce development, the event was an excellent platform for fresh graduates to network with industry professionals.

EP had the unique opportunity to connect and interact with young talent, inspiring their interest in career building opportunities. The Expo hoped to foster open dialogue between job seekers and employers through several platforms including a national job fair, HR seminal and interactive workshops.  

EP’s Managing Director, Nebil Kellow moderated the HR seminar, in favour of workforce development. The seminar highlighted the importance of fostering growth and creating an enabling environment for today’s youth. The National Career Expo was one of the initiatives undertaken by Dereja.com to address youth unemployment in Ethiopia.
