Enterprise Partners in partnership with the Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) hosted the “Africa Raw Materials and Garment Accessories, Investment and Linkage program” at the Millennium Hall from Oct 3-6, 2017. It was the largest organised show in Sub-Saharan Africa with over 250 exhibitors (from over 25 countries) and over 3,500 international trade buyers (from over 30 countries).

The delegation was composed of the Ministry of Industry (MOI), Ethiopian Textile Industry Development Institute (ETIDI, and the guest panel of investors from major brands including PVH, H&M, Underarmour and TCP.  An open invitation was extended to all conference delegates to attend various workshops.

Activities from the week’s program included a site visit to the Hawassa Industrial Park, an organised brand vision workshop – where Investors presented their 10 year vision for Africa and a B2B match making session creating a grand opportunity for local firms to network with International businesses.
